We stopped in for breakfast after coming from the Calakmul hotel, where the restaurant wasn’t open. The service was really nice, the food was good, and the portions were generous. Highly recommend!

The hostess understood English, which was a real plus for this gringo. We had good food, a clean room, and A/C that worked great. It was a welcoming, relaxing place to eat and spend the night in early June of ‘25.

The restaurant is really good, too. Rooms are clean, the A/C works well, and it’s right by the highway. If you have a truck, you can park behind.

A fair price for a convenient stop before Calakmul. We paid 800 pesos for a double room without booking ahead, and there was no card surcharge. Our cabin room had two double beds, an ensuite bathroom, and plenty of space. The new A/C unit was fantastic. It was clean enough, though the shower was a bit dirty and the drain ran slowly. The big drawback is the noise. The hotel is beside the highway and a truck stop, so trucks can be heard through the night, and a rooster woke us at 3am. Reception offers earplugs for free, and I’d use them.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and having so many ruins nearby is a real plus. The rooms were spotless and spacious for the price. I’d recommend staying here.
