The breakfast buffet had plenty of good options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone was so hospitable, too. Great customer service. I'd gladly come back on another visit.

I accidentally left my pants and wallet in the room, then realized I'd misplaced them. I came back to the hotel less than 15 minutes later. My pants were still there, but the wallet was gone. I tried speaking with the staff, but nobody helped. A place calling itself professional should have some integrity and report lost items to someone higher up. Be careful staying here.

I had a wonderful stay, though I forgot to mention the fireworks display. A dance hall close to the rooms also made it hard to sleep.

4/10
The restaurant was nice, with a fantastic menu, but the room had a lot of problems. The bathroom stall is so narrow that people above a certain weight won't fit. The phone and TV didn't work, and nobody at reception explained that you need to put your room key in a slot to get electricity. The shower wasn't well maintained, and the hot water kept cutting in and out.

It's within walking distance of downtown, with a good parking lot and a restaurant where the food is good. The staff are very kind, and the rooms are clean and a good size. It's an old hotel that's just been renovated.
