Hotel Gami Express

The hot water was out again, the second time I've stayed here. They moved us so we could shower in another room, but it had the same problem. The TVs don't work either, and the old man who works there is arrogant and unprofessional. I paid 800 pesos for a complete waste. Find another hotel. Elaria Benita, Maria Conchita, there are plenty of hotels in the city center.

The hallways were dark and dirty, with old junk and sheets lying around. The rooms were basic, old, and only mediocre in cleanliness. We were five people looking for a room for three. The sign said each extra person cost $100, but a rude staff member insisted we had to rent another room because the beds were single. When we went upstairs, we saw they were actually double beds, and our whole family could have fit in one room. Because of the time, we agreed to get another room. It's centrally located, but we were ripped off on the price. I'd never stay here again.

The street outside was noisy all night, and the 500 pesos per day wasn't worth it. After I complained, they refunded 200 pesos, but for two days at 1,000 pesos total, I thought they should have returned at least half. The rooms looked nothing like the photos: yellow stains on the walls, cobwebs in the corners, dust everywhere, dirty floors, mold on the bathroom walls, and hair in the shower. The dirt under the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Highly not recommended.

We were heading to Tijuana, worn out from the trip, and spent the early morning hours together at this same hotel. I thought this person was the love of my life. We made it to Tijuana, but things didn't go well, and we're no longer together. His problems and existential traumas ruined the relationship. Thanks for the life experience. Everything has an expiration date, and ours ran out.
