This was my favorite place to stay in zacatecas. The rooms were clean, the staff incredibly friendly, the water was hot, and breakfast at their restaurant the next morning was delicious. It's right in the plaza, so you really don't need a taxi. They don't have a parking lot, but if you tell the staff you have a car, they'll let you park on the street directly in front of the building. My only reason for giving four stars is that there's no elevator. I'd definitely recommend it.

We paid about $100 (dollars) total for six people, and the room had three Queen Size Beds plus a walk in closet. That's why I preferred Posada de La Moneda to Misión Argento, even though the other place looks "nicer". This one isn't much to look at, but it's pretty cheap, and the balcony view over the plaza, mountain and street was beautiful. The bathroom was REALLY small, but it worked for all of us. City tours start right outside, with stores and markets nearby. There's no AC or ceiling fan, though you don't need either. Leave the window open and it's fine, with cool air through the day and especially at night.

My balcony door wasn't working right, so they switched me to another room without any trouble. The balcony had a great view of the Cathedral and Cerro de la Bufa. The stay itself was okay.

It was too cool when I visited, and without heating in the rooms the stay became uncomfortable. There's no elevator, and no restaurant either.
