Comfortable, with very good facilities and a good location. The rooms don't have fans or A/C, though.

I was really surprised, it's such a clean and nice place, with lots of space. The staff are super friendly.

The rooms and kitchen are spacious and have everything you might need, from a stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, and coffee maker to utensils and dishes. You can bring just your luggage. It's centrally located, though parking is the one problem.

The prices are very reasonable, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable, with a kitchenette and utensils for making your own meals. There's no parking on site, but a secure parking garage is half a block away.
