Hotel y Quinta Estancia 1928

The cabin itself is incredible, from the furnishings and rooms to the kitchen. We rented the entire "cabin" through Airbnb, listed as 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and there were six of us planning to share two rooms. A day before, they called to confirm we were coming and ask how many people there would be, even though supposedly they already had that information. That was an irrelevant question from the manager. When we arrived, they'd already reserved one room in our cabin for someone else. The "manager Maria" told us, "If you don't want to, cancel," saying "my hotel is already full and I can't accommodate you." We were locked out of that room and bathroom, with no response or compensation for the overbooking, which can happen with hotels or cabins. Juan was the only person who knew about our stay and gave us 10 out of 10 service. The cabin is a 10-minute drive from downtown Zacatlán. It turned out to be pet-friendly, despite what the apps say. Before booking, check whether you're actually renting the whole cabin or only one room.

I stayed for a month and found it peaceful, private, and beautiful, with everything you need. It works for different kinds of trips, whether you're with family or friends. Fantastic place, and I'd definitely come back.

I loved spending a few days here. It was easy to unwind surrounded by nature, with hardly any noise or people around. The service was so welcoming, and everything was exceptionally clean. 🙏🏽🙌🏽

The green spaces are really well cared for, and the room was lovely and especially clean. Service was excellent. I’d definitely come back, and recommend it 100%.
