No air conditioning, and a huge friend was crawling around. Other than that, it was nice, and the breakfast was amazing.

For what the room costs, it may be okay, but the photos aren't what you find in person. The place is run down, damp, and unhygienic now. I was in a hurry and got taken in by the pictures without checking the reviews.

We'd prepaid for the reservation, but when we arrived the manager rudely said the room was already occupied because nobody had told her. She was completely unfriendly and disrespectful. Be careful if you're considering booking here. Very bad experience.

The service was excellent, from reception through the cleaning staff, and it felt like being at home. The place is accessible and safe for business or leisure, and a great way to enjoy the beautiful city. Excellent.
