The good part is the pleasant, tree filled area and the small pool. But the rooms were hot and pricey, and the air conditioning didn't work. I also didn't enjoy breakfast. The food didn't taste good and looked like it might have been made with ingredients from the previous week.

The clean rooms and spacious, clean showers made for a comfortable stay, and the service was great. Breakfast is included and was very good, with cable and wifi too. The hotel also has a pool and hot tub, and can arrange a taxi. Laundry, car washing, and an event space are available as well. A great choice for a vacation, seeing family, or exploring nearby. Don't forget to tip the wonderful staff.

I had a good experience overall. The hotel is maintained well and works for either a business trip or a vacation. It's in the Jacona area near Zamora, Michoacán, rather than downtown Zamora. There's guest parking, a 24-hour gym, and a small outdoor pool. The restaurant has an open-air section, and both the meals and service were good. My one complaint was check-in. One person at the front desk was somewhat rude, which made a poor first impression.

The staff were amazing, professional, and attentive. Our group of 18 had particular requests for my family at breakfast, and the staff went beyond their manager Gina's rules to help us, despite seeming afraid they might lose their jobs. The hotel itself is calm, clean, and all inclusive, so I would recommend it for those looking for that kind of stay. My one-star rating reflects my dealings with Gina, the hotel manager. She was very rude and seemed to favor some guests, perhaps because I wasn't a Mexico resident. Her replies to my requests were curt and standoffish. I urge the owner to consider a new manager or send her to management training. Intimidating employees and guests isn't how to run a business.
