Hotel Alcalá Expo

A nice hotel.

The comfortable bed, effective air conditioning, good location, and reasonably fair room price were positives. The man at reception was especially friendly in the morning and offered us coffee. There were cleanliness issues, though: I found a ball of hair in the bathroom and another in the shower. The furniture and spaces could use more attention to detail. I was watching TV when it began changing channels, even though I had the remote on the nightstand and no one was touching it. Then it shut off. I also kept hearing footsteps through the early morning, as if someone was walking around the room. The next morning, I turned the TV on before showering, and it was off again when I came out.

The staff were all super friendly, and the service made an already lovely stay even better. The hotel looks brand new and modern, with comfortable, clean rooms and the things you need for a pleasant visit. There were complimentary in-room amenities, it was quiet, and the pool was a lovely extra. Its location near Expo Guadalajara and Guadalajara's main avenues worked well for us. I was delighted by how beautiful the place was.

We were a group, and the service was incredible. The rooms matched the pictures, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.
