The Alcazar suites is in a nice area, and having an OXXO just a 2-3 minute walk away made it easy to pick up drinks or snacks, even at night. I felt safe with the front gate locked all the time, cameras around the property, and a 24-hour front desk. The staff were really nice, too. My room felt homey, with lots of sunlight through the windows, and it was spacious with a full kitchen, not just a kitchenette. It had a big fridge, pots and pans, a juicer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. I had a nice stay and would probably come back. The main drawback was the Wi-Fi. It was very weak, and most of the time I couldn’t connect; when I did, it was slow. Having your own SIM card with data can get around that. Cooking was another nuisance. The smoke detector was REALLY sensitive. I made a steak with the extractor fan and ceiling fan on, and both the windows and door open, but the alarm still went off about 4-5 times while I cooked a big ribeye. It was loud and annoying. The staff member who came to check was very nice about it and didn’t blame me. There’s also the bar next door, with music going until 3-4am, as other reviews mention. I could only hear it in the toilet with that door shut. With the bedroom windows closed, I couldn’t hear it, so it didn’t bother me.

The people here made my stay. The staff were wonderfully hospitable, especially the housekeeping team. My accommodations were clean and spacious, and the grounds were beautiful. I’ll stay at the Alcazar Suites again, and again.

We had a two-bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen, and it worked well for our group. I’d especially recommend it for larger groups of 4-7 people. The kitchen had all the essentials, even soap, and the TV, internet, and Netflix all worked perfectly. Private parking was good. There’s no pool. The place was clean and safe, in a great location, and the service was excelente. I’d definitely return.

Pretty place and nice staff. We had a few issues, but it was still pretty good. A+.
