Hotel Malibu

The pool was excellent, with clean water, grass around it, and a nice view. The buffet was delicious and complete, served in a good-looking restaurant. The staff were friendly and kind, and I felt comfortable and well looked after. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing, kept clean, and had the necessary amenities. Beds were soft, and I slept deeply without noise. The rooms were well equipped. I had some trouble with the elevator, but it didn't really affect my stay. The one complaint is that there were four of us in the room, but we were given only one key card. It was a satisfying stay at Malibú Hotel in Guadalajara.

I chose this hotel because a friend recommended it and lives nearby. Check-in was quick and easy, and staff spoke English. The parking lot looked secure. My only issue was brown water coming from the faucet. There were two bottles of water in the room, so I used one to brush my teeth. Everything else was good.

The pool had mold, the rooms weren't very clean, and the buffet food wasn't good enough to justify the price. Apart from the mall, there's not much nearby. The toilet was really loud when flushed, and we even got trapped in the elevator when the lights went out. The noise made it impossible to rest. There's a nearby bar or club, and you can hear everything. I asked to move because I hadn't slept all night, but they told me that was supposedly the farthest room. I spent the whole week without a good night's sleep. I wouldn't return even if they paid me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME.

Our room was in the tower, the newer section, and it was really nice. The water pressure was surprisingly strong, especially for Mexico. The only drawback was how poorly insulated the door and bathroom were, so we could hear everything in the hallway and the neighboring bathroom. Staff were friendly and spoke passable English, and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had.
