The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We got a hot shower with good pressure, and the staff were friendly. There's free guarded parking a block away. Rooms are a bit dark and cold, but the patio is nice for sitting outside. You can borrow a small heater for the night, which comes in handy around Dec / Jan. Good value for money.

The photos are accurate, and the place was spotless with hot showers, which you can't always count on in Mexico. It's a block east of the top of the pedestrianised street, and there are lots of breakfast options nearby since breakfast isn't provided. Our room was next to the outdoor common area and pretty noisy, though I imagine most rooms aren't.

The Gran Barrio hotel has a lovely little courtyard, and the food was great: breakfast and dinner were delicious and affordable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the market is just a couple of blocks away, and our room was cute and cozy. We'll definitely stay here again when we're back in San Cristobal de Las Casas!

The upstairs rooms were especially nice and quiet, and the staff were very kind. We loved staying here, and the rooms were good. I'd definitely come back.

The room La Merced was beautiful, and my son loved the upper deck bed. Everything was extremely clean, and Eric (waiter) was friendly and knew the menu well. You have to try the “Huevos Rancheros” at breakfast. The hotel staff were courteous and ready to help make our stay a memorable one. Thanks for making it such a perfect stay!
