My wife, our two dogs, and I stayed in the deluxe room with a terrace and were very pleased. The outdoor tub was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. There are bars, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, and the restaurant itself is lovely, just a block away. The continental breakfast could be better, since it was only coffee and fruit. For the quality and price, I'll definitely go back. There are almost no pet friendly hotels like this one.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and it feels like home. It's in a safe area, about a 5 minute walk from restaurants. The price is affordable and the customer service is great. Thank you.

The rooftop terrace and the beautifully designed rooms made for a luxurious stay, and the lobby is elegant too. Hotel Clarum 10 gets a solid 4 out of 5 from me as a seasoned traveler who's stayed in hotels around the world. The location in the Lafayette neighborhood is a real plus, with plenty of good dining options nearby. The friendly, attentive staff provide exceptional service that sets the hotel apart. I highly recommend Hotel Clarum 101 for a memorable, comfortable stay in Guadalajara.

Everything you might need is only a few blocks away, and the location is great for exploring a beautiful part of the city, with lovely views and walks nearby. It's a boutique hotel with just 12 rooms and very accessible prices for any occasion. The guys at the front desk are always willing to help if needed.

Awful! On the day of my booking, they called to say my room wasn't available and wanted to relocate me to Tlaquepaque, miles away. After I argued, they put me in a crappy room in the centre and claimed it was the same level as Clarum. They charged me full price, then more charges appeared on my credit card for no apparent reason. The staff were rude and very unhelpful, and two other people were complaining at the same time as me.
