Hotel Estancia Business Class

We arrived early because we were going to a nearby wine festival, and the hotel let us check in ahead of time at no extra charge. That gave us a chance to settle in, freshen up, and change without any hassle. From the start, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The grounds were well cared for and clean, and our room was spotless, with lots of pillows and a very comfortable bed. The pool area was inviting and clean, with families enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. At breakfast, Reina greeted us as our hostess and waitress. There was a bit of a language barrier, but she was kind and attentive. The food was delicious and the coffee was excellent. We’d happily stay at Hotel Estancia again and recommend it for a comfortable, relaxing visit with great service.

It was dirty, the pool was ice cold, and although they claim to have a spa, there isn’t one. Worst of all, the bed and sheets were old and filthy.

We had plenty of room with two full beds and a pullout couch. The rooms were very clean, the mini split kept ours cool, and the garden was beautiful. There was lots of parking for our rental car, with good lighting and quick access to the rooms, and it felt safe. The clean pool was relaxed and family friendly, with tables and chairs to lounge at. There was a mall within walking distance, and the location was central to everything. This was my first trip to Guadalajara, so I was nervous about booking, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The security guard was especially reassuring when we returned late one night and saw him patrolling. Continental breakfast is just fruit and coffee or juice, but the other plates cost so little that I didn’t mind. I have no complaints. The price is a steal for what you get. I’ll stay again and recommend it to families and everyone else.

For the price, I thought the quality was excellent, and the rooms were nice. The hotel service was good overall, and I’d recommend staying there for the value. We chose the place partly because it had a pool, but the water was dirty when we arrived. At breakfast on our first day, a waiter was very rude to my family and me. Once the waiter captain found out, he apologized, and the service changed completely for the better.
