I booked through booking.com for a king bed and balcony. At check-in, they said I'd have to pay more in cash for the king bed and offered me the smallest room with a twin bed instead, basically a hostel room. When I refused to stay, they argued that what I paid through booking.com didn't cover their profit or the cleaning lady, and demanded more money. The older woman was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and told me I had to cancel through booking.com. Oyo Hotel Casa Ada refused my refund even after three booking.com agents got involved, and also charged an extra cancellation fee even though I never stayed. They kept my money and seem to attract customers with cheap rooms listed on booking.com and Google. I should've read the other Google reviews first, since others describe the same thing. Shame on them.

We arrived with a prepaid reservation, and the woman rudely lectured us that they no longer work with booking.com, then sent us away. That left us scrambling to find a room for our first two nights. Do not book this place through Google or booking.com. I would give it zero stars if I could. I should've checked the other reviews before booking. Now I'll have to try to get my money back through my credit card company. Lesson learned. Google, please remove this place from your platform.

Watch out. They ask you to pay in cash, then charge the same amount to your credit card too. They don't answer your messages, and you'll lose your money. The place is also very dirty and has no privacy. The room door is just a curtain.
