The building looks abandoned and unmanaged, even though the lobby and layout look lavish and luxurious. I hope it comes back to life one day with new management. The two-bedroom unit is spacious.

I didn't expect the place to be like this. The owner sent me the key instructions directly on WhatsApp, which makes sense since there's been no receptionist for a long time. It felt very creepy, and it seems only the building itself is maintained, though the pool and landscaping were still in good condition. I had a studio, but its water heater didn't work at all, and the owner didn't take responsibility when we reported it. Nothing strange happened during our two nights there, though I'm not sure about the other units. Haha. If you like staying somewhere spooky, you can give it a try.
Even with low occupancy and the negative reviews from the past, some condo units here do well as short term or daily rentals. Parking is great when occupancy is low. The pool is clean and well maintained, and security patrols the building. Upgrades are ongoing: two new lobby lifts, facade painting, and corridor lighting. The corridors are cleaned daily, residents follow the law, and criminal activity is rare.
The view is lovely, and it's a nice place to watch both sunrise and sunset. The hotel and corridors feel creepy, though, and walking there at night is a bit scary. If you're adventurous, you could stay for a week.
It's peaceful and nice here, but the place also feels very empty, so it may not suit everyone. If you want to get away from the big city rush, it's perfect. For fun and entertainment, look elsewhere; you won't find that here.
