The Wi-Fi was good, the air-conditioning was cold, and the bed was a comfortable size. But there are no table drawers, the room is a bit dark because the lighting isn't adequate, and the water heater doesn't work in the morning. The doors leading to the toilet have holes, too.

My brother-in-law recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing time. The room smelled unpleasant as soon as he walked in, and the water heater didn't work properly, making showers uncomfortable. There were also constant, odd noises throughout his stay. The room seemed poorly maintained as well, with old-looking paint peeling off the walls. I hope the hotel improves these things for guests.

The room was a really bad experience. It had no blanket or slippers, the toothbrush was missing, and the remote had a dead battery. Even the painting was just nailed up. The room management was terrible.

The room itself was in good shape, and the location in Melaka worked well for what I needed. The carpets along the upper-floor corridors, from the lift to the rooms, were badly worn and rundown.

Comfortable, clean and tidy room, with helpful customer service. Parking was easy to access, and the price was cheap. Five stars from me.
