I had a terrible stay. On the second day there was no water at all, so I couldn't shower or use the toilet. The TV didn't work, and the room had no towel, toothbrush, or body or hair shampoo. Even getting in was a problem: the card wouldn't open the door and I had to call staff to let me in. The service was very poor.
4/10
The slow running water and slippery bathroom floor made the room unpleasant. Checking out was a hassle too, since nobody was at reception. I waited an hour just to return the card, which wasted time when I had other things to do. I hope they improve the service.

My parents had a really bad experience. Staff cancelled their booking at the last minute and told them to contact AGODA themselves. They were rude as well.
8/10
On a tight budget for a work trip, this place could be a good fit. If you’re hoping for a nicer setting for a holiday, you may want to look elsewhere, assuming your budget allows for it.
2/10
The facilities were poor, and the service was really bad.
