The suites sit right above the mall, so Parkson, AEON, restaurants, and other amenities are easy to get to. I’ve stayed here several times over the years and booked units from different owners. Most rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, though the experience depends on the unit. A few had small problems, including ants, cabinet maintenance issues, or too few power sockets and extension wires. The pool renovation was finished by our latest visit.

Unit A-15-01 The balcony had a beautiful view, and the studio worked really well for us as a couple. It was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design and a high kitchen table with high chairs. The unit was clean and well maintained, and had the basic amenities, including an ensuite washer, which was a nice extra. We also appreciated the private parking and elevator access to the unit floor. The location above the mall was convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved our few days here and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a stylish, convenient place to stay.

The view from our room on level 27 was soooo nice, easily five stars for that. The studio was spacious enough for up to four adults, and direct access to evo mall meant plenty of shops and food options. But if you're bringing kids to swim, forget it. The pool is CLOSED UNTIL NOVEMBER 2025. I'm so frustrated they didn't tell me earlier, ugh.

The suite we got was pretty dirty, even though everything else was okay to good. Making a place look neat isn't the same as actually cleaning it. If it had been clean, I'd come back. A happy client returns and stays loyal, while a satisfied one may try somewhere else. Someone who's neither happy nor satisfied might not return, and an upset client even less so. Putting in the effort can make it a win-win.
