The orange paint has been redone in charcoal black, which looks much better now. The new carpark gantry is an improvement over the old system, and security is good around the clock. The grounds and unit corridors are generally clean. The pool looks clean off leave or algae.

I've been living here for four months and am glad I relocated. The management is friendly and responsible, and keeps the property well maintained. It gets busy on weekends and holidays. My only drawback is there's no covered parking.

A quiet living area with a pool and reading room. It's breezy and convenient, with security and a convenience shop across the road.

It's peaceful and quiet here, with a nice breeze and a welcoming swimming pool. The city and some fantastic places to eat are only an 8-minute drive away.

The balcony has a great sea view, and you can see the mountains from the public corridor. Seems like a good place for families with young children to enjoy a trip.
