Being able to walk to a mall was convenient, but we didn't sleep well. We could hear people talking in the next room through the very thin walls, and motorbikes outside kept waking us. The AC wasn't cold, so the room stayed quite warm. It's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.

Imran went out of his way to help us. I'd left my international charger back home in Canada, and after his shift he went home and lent us one. He didn't have to do that, and it made the stay feel comfortable. The staff were all wonderful, polite, and ready to help. Thanks again to Imran and everyone at Comfortel for a fantastic stay.

Comfortel is clean throughout, with tidy toilets and a comfortable bed and room. The location is handy whether you're spending the day in Miri or staying longer. I only wish the Wi-Fi were a little faster.

It's clean and conveniently placed right across from imperial mall. I'll stay here again next time I visit.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back. The rooms were spacious for the price, clean, and comfortable. Check-in staff were friendly, accommodating with our questions, and communicated knowledgeably. The cozy hotel is in central Miri, within walking distance of most malls and major tourist spots.
