From my experience, the room was small and dirty, with maintenance problems, a faulty air conditioner and a problem with the toilet doorknob. There was no lift.

The family room was quite large, with two double beds and one single bed, and Bintang Mall was within walking distance. Unfortunately, cockroaches were coming out of the toilet hole.

I booked a windowless room for two nights. It was very dusty, there was hair on the pillow, and the bedsheets had stains. They did provide free towels, mineral water, and WiFi. All in all, it was just OK.
