The check-in and checkout were smooth, and the location is very convenient. The service staff were excellent and even came to the room to help. The room felt quite pricey for its size and in-room facilities. The pillows were paper-thin, and the shower heater and bidet weren’t working properly.

I only came by to do laundry, not to stay at the hotel. The laundry is right beside it, and I found it convenient, with a friendly atmosphere. Detergent is free, and the machines take coins instead of tokens. Give it a try, good luck!

The little perfume hand cream they gave me smelled lovely and left my skin feeling moisturized. That was a thoughtful surprise. I also found the rates reasonable for the facilities and level of service. The room was roomy and spotless, with a lovely city skyline view, a comfy bed, and a clean bathroom stocked with shampoo and shower gel. Staff were courteous and quick to help throughout, and check-in and checkout were fast. The front desk welcomed me and explained the amenities. I was impressed by the elegant decor as soon as I arrived at Tube Hotel Melaka.

The lighting was great, the beds were comfortable, and the room size worked perfectly for me and my friends. It could easily fit 9-10 people. The bathroom was fine too, and the look of the place really suited our taste. One of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I'd come back.
