Parking was right in front of the hotel, and the location was okay. The front desk was fine and the staff friendly. Our room for four was cosy for a one-night stay, and the facilities were okay for a reasonable price. The TV didn’t work, and there was no sink in the bathroom for our toiletries.

Parking was easy, and the counter service was excellent. For a relatively small hotel, it’s quite comfortable. Overall, good.

I checked in hoping to get some online work done peacefully, but the room was small and, worse, there was no usable internet. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the receptionist couldn’t fix it. My Celcom phone had no signal, and neither did my Digi, since the phone line there only worked for Maxis. I had to go out and find a Maxis shop to buy a new SIM and data. A very bad experience.

The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were worn and had holes. The place was a bit dirty too: a cockroach appeared out of nowhere, and the toilet door lock was broken when we arrived.

The family suite had loads of space, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, good internet and strong water pressure. Parking was free, the staff were really friendly, and there’s a convenience store right next door. We thought the price was so low it might be a scam 😅 It’s a little outside the city center, but the traffic was manageable, even with quite a few stops along the way.
