When we finally got checked in around 4 pm, the rooms hadn’t been cleaned at all. The floors, toilets, and rooms were dirty and messy, rubbish was still there, and there was hair all over the floor. We went down to complain and ask to switch rooms, but the staff ignored us. We had to leave and come back a few hours later to get another room. Even getting to that point took 40 minutes, with one very slow person at the front desk. There were no chairs, fan, or air conditioning in the check-in area.

Really comfortable and relaxing stay. The dual-key layout gave us lots of space at an affordable price, and the service felt professional. The infinity pool and sky gym were superb.

It’s a small condominium and still isn’t ready. It should be VP-ed soon, so we’ll have to wait and see how it turns out. The hospital is very close, which is a good location, but getting in and out may be a problem.

The house itself was nice, but the management was very poor. We checked in at 9 pm and there wasn’t an extra towel.

A new, clean place with friendly staff. Good for families, and affordable too.
