That supposed suite was worse than ordinary rooms I've had at other hotels. I paid a lot and regret every cent. I don't usually post reviews, but this experience was so bad that people should know. Worst stay I've ever had, and I won't return or recommend it. The jacuzzi control panel seemed decorative: nothing worked, and even the heater wouldn't switch on. Reception admitted it didn't work. Why offer a suite with a jacuzzi that can't function? The shower was another disaster. Water pressure kept dropping, then would surge for maybe a minute before going weak again. The heater never worked at all. Reception told me confidently it would get hot soon, but from night until morning it stayed cold. I had to shower in cold water during the rainy season. Completely unacceptable. I've stayed in many hotels, including budget ones, and every one was better. The whole stay had no comfort, effort, or quality.

The room's location was okay, but despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room through the official website, I opened the door to a strong smoke smell. I tried the air conditioning and open windows, but after more than an hour it hadn't cleared, so I asked the counter to move me. Instead, staff sent someone to spray air freshener and told me to come back if the smell stayed. It did, but I had an online class that evening and couldn't change rooms. They didn't notice my request when booking, and didn't proactively move me after I asked. If you're very sensitive to smoke, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and always smiling. Service was good, with basics like mineral water, sugar, tea, and soap provided. Restaurants, banks, and laundry are easy to reach from this excellent location. Check-in and checkout were easy.

The room was neat, with two single beds that were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. All the power sockets worked properly. There's no wardrobe or water heater, and space to pray in the room is limited. Be careful in the toilet, the floor is a bit slippery. Nearby are a restaurant, Lotus hypermarket, and 7E.

The night market right behind the hotel makes the location great for food, but parking can be very hard to find. My first room had a leaking air conditioner, and the staff immediately switched me to a good one. A couple of smaller issues remained: the bed needed adjusting for prayer, and the hot water wasn't consistent.
