I wish I could rant in Bahasa. This place sucks. The layout and security are a mess, and getting to the right lift in each tower is difficult. Lift access is tied to the unit, so even families staying in different units can't just take a lift to visit each other. Sucks!

The gym was especially bad. The guard wanted RM10 as a booking fee for only two hours of use, which makes no sense when outside gyms charge RM5-RM8 and don't have a time limit. The equipment was in awful shape too: no treadmill or other cardio equipment, dumbbells made entirely of iron without covers, and rotten rubber plates. It didn't feel safe at all. It's called 'Super Gym,' but doesn't live up to the name. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

We couldn't stay for the three days we booked. The unit was so unhygienic and the facilities so poor that we left after just one night. We sent feedback to the host and got no response at all. The cleanliness was disgusting, with small cockroaches throughout the place, inside cabinets in every bedroom, the living hall, toilets, and especially the kitchen. It looked like a serious infestation, not a one-off. The house seemed neglected and hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Some bedroom doors looked damaged, as if someone had broken in before. That's shocking for a location this prime. At check-in, the lift to our floor wasn't working, so we had to use the bomba/emergency lift. Basic items didn't work either: the TV had no remote, the steam iron was broken, and the hair dryer didn't function. The photos look nice, but the actual place was completely different from what was advertised. A terrible, unacceptable experience. The host didn't respond and the unit was poorly maintained. Strongly not recommended. Think carefully before booking.

I spent a week here, and it wasn't worth a single star. The lifts took ages and were very inconvenient, and my access card got blocked. The place was rundown, dirty, and smelled bad: stained toilet, sticky floor, dirty utensils, filthy sofa, and yellowish sheets and pillows. Management had a bad attitude and spoke rudely. There are much better Airbnbs in KL.
