My haircut at Salon Abbas in Easy Ampang Hotel was a terrible experience. The person cutting my hair was rough and hurt my head by combing too hard. He didn't know how to cut hair but acted as if he did, was rude to customers, and wouldn't admit his mistakes. The name is Saloon Abbas. Very bad and very terrible. No one should get a haircut there.

The room was noisy, and the window wouldn't close, maybe because the rubber seal was worn out. The mattress was worn out too and uncomfortable to sleep on. The location is very good, with a restaurant on the ground floor, a convenience store, and a fast food restaurant next door. Parking, though, was quite difficult to find.

Please never choose this hotel. I had a horrible stay, with ants crawling around the rooms, and they bit me badly enough that I was rushed to the hospital. They have a pest problem. When I complained, the receptionist was rude and denied there was an ant problem, even though he knew he was lying. I asked to move to a clean room, but they lied again and said the hotel was full. Such a bad place.
