The east-facing apartments have a lovely view that isn’t obstructed, and the units also come with nice, big balconies. It’s a residential building with nice apartments at relatively low prices. The shared areas are well kept, and the lobby is big and luxurious.

We came for our community church friends’ Christmas dinner. It’s a nice apartment, and the view from level 30 is lovely.

The rooftop pool and gym were my favorite, a great place to relax and take in the scenery. I stayed at The Elements @ Ampang for a week and was very impressed with the service and facilities. The condo sits in a quiet, green area but is still close to the city center and attractions. My rented unit was spacious, clean, well furnished, and had a stunning skyline view. Staff were friendly and helpful, and security was tight. The Elements @ Ampang is a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, and I’d highly recommend it.

My stay at Elements Empang felt hostile and deeply uncomfortable instead of restful. The management and a security guard known as "Pupu" treated me with disrespect and misconduct. I felt guests were seen as a problem rather than people to help, and the experience fell far short of basic expectations for a hotel stay. The most alarming behavior came from Pupu. He approached guests aggressively without a clear reason, questioned them, and followed some people around the premises. It felt threatening, and several guests, including me, felt watched, judged, and treated with unnecessary hostility. A guard should make people feel protected, but his presence made me anxious. Management didn’t handle concerns professionally either. They were dismissive, wouldn’t listen to simple questions, and reacted defensively and aggressively. When complaints about Pupu were raised, management didn’t investigate or try to mediate. At times they seemed to condone his behavior. That left me questioning whether the misconduct was isolated or part of a wider culture there. The actions I personally experienced and witnessed compromised the integrity of the establishment. If management continues to ignore this, they’re helping sustain an unsafe and unprofessional environment that damages the hotel’s reputation. The harassment, intimidation, and lack of accountability need to be addressed. Without serious reform, Elements Empang risks driving guests away and earning a reputation that marketing can’t fix.
