On february 27th at noon, I arrived before check-in and sat on a couch in the lobby while I waited. I wasn’t lying down or bothering anyone, but a staff member came over and told me “no sleep.” I understand the check-in rules, but being told that while simply sitting there felt needlessly strict and badly communicated. Waiting a few hours shouldn’t come with that kind of rigid attitude. More common sense and hospitality would make the experience better.
