The staff were friendly, but there’s no lift, which was a problem with all my luggage. The rooms are very basic. The sheets were stained, the towels had seen better days, and the general cleaning was poor, with little attention to detail. The shower was very powerful.

For a budget stop, it’s clean enough for a short rest. It worked especially well when I needed to take care of a young one’s sanitary needs before continuing the trip. Splendid!

The room is clean and comfortable, but the TV doesn’t work at all. I tried several times and still couldn’t find any channels. Please make it easier for customers to find the TV channels. The door also doesn’t lock properly.

There’s no WiFi, but otherwise the hotel is okay and clean. It’s near Ayer Hitam town, easy to find dinner nearby, and there’s a roti canai breakfast shop opposite the hotel.

When you’re tired and just need somewhere to stay, this is a good, affordable location for the price. The aircon works, the staff are helpful, and the parking feels relatively safe. Food is nearby, including a street stall right in front of the hotel, and there’s a provision shop along the building. You can also find Kampong food at the back, about 400m away.
