The room was spacious, with a clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Nothing fell short during the stay. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the reception staff were friendly and always smiling. Special thanks to the male Indian receptionist working in the afternoon around 29/01/2026. I didn't get his name, but his service was top notch. MITC Hotel Melaka is lively and well placed in the heart of Ayer Keroh, with easy access to MITC, the Government Complex and nearby attractions. Open parking around the building has more than enough spaces. The hotel offers great value and is well suited for an overnight stay. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping should refill the tissues on the dressing table. Our box was empty. The room also had a slightly old smell, but we had our own room spray, so it was manageable. Otherwise everything was good. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in, and the staff were very friendly. We had a pleasant stay, would happily come back, and highly recommend the place.

The restaurant is well kept with a good atmosphere, and serves tasty local food for breakfast and other meals. Please use a little less MSG and it would be perfect. There's plenty of parking, and the rooms are reasonably clean and practical. The building and facilities are ageing, but the management is doing a good job keeping them in the best possible condition. For a late morning, ask for a pool-facing room, away from the road where motorcycles and cars get noisy from around 6:30am.

The room looked a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the wide range of breakfast choices, and the stay was very pleasant for me and my family. The hotel sits between the highway exit and Melaka town, which makes getting around convenient. Very satisfied, and good value for money.

Hanis kindly upgraded my room for free, and that made the stay extra special. The upgraded room was spacious and cozy. The staff were attentive, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Hotel MITC Melaka had clean, well-maintained rooms and a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere, with a strategic location for reaching nearby attractions and facilities. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for business or leisure visits. I'll definitely return.
