Breakfast at the coffeehouse on Level 3M had plenty of choice for adults and kids, and the bright dining room felt welcoming. Since the swimming pool is on that same level, we went straight there afterward, and the kids loved swimming and playing. There’s also a little shop nearby with souvenirs and pool items, which came in handy. We were a family of five, staying one night in connecting rooms, one with a queen/double bed and the other with twin beds. Both looked out over the pool. The rooms were clean, maintained well, and arranged in a way that gave us space while keeping us close together. The pool view was a nice touch in the morning. Reception welcomed us warmly, and the spacious lobby with its calm background music made for a relaxed start. A comfortable, family-friendly place for a short getaway.

The shuttle timetable would be useful at the front counter so guests can see the daily schedule. Also, the room air conditioning could be stronger. The front desk team were lovely, especially Shirley, Christy and Duty Manager Evita, though I’m not sure I have her name right. They were friendly, accommodating and always smiling. The drivers were polite and professional too.

The rooms are dated and the carpet had stains, but the staff gave us five-star service. I’d especially recommend them for arriving on a very late flight, since they were able to arrange an airport pickup.

I came for a family event and spent one night here. After checking out, I noticed some personal belongings were missing from the room. When I called Management, they repeatedly said they hadn’t found anything and denied that hotel staff had taken them. I’d had a wonderful time in KK, and I’d never experienced anything like this before. It’s shameful and disgusting behavior from the staff. How can you feel safe when a hotel stay turns into such an awful experience?
