For the price, it worked for me. I only needed a bed and pillow, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom. The beach is nearby, and food courts are all around, with some opening as early as 5 am. There was no wifi, and the TV had no digital decoder. Cleanliness was bearable. I hadn't planned the stay, so I checked in around 6 am.

The workers weren't friendly. I wanted to print one sheet of paper, but the female worker wouldn't serve me, even though she was nice and always smiling.

When I called the owner, he said someone else was actually occupying the room. Why wasn't I told ahead of time? Customers shouldn't have to arrive to discover there's no room available.
