It's a huge property with plenty of secure parking, a private beach, and lots of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. The location is very good, and the hotel rooms are spacious. Ours was clean, but the property is showing its age and doesn't seem well maintained. The balconies belonging to individual owners next door were especially dirty, with bird droppings. I'd say it's above average, and could be very good if they kept it up better.
It's quiet and tucked away, with little to do beyond swimming or using the gym. There's no place to eat at the resort, so we had to drive 20 minutes for food. The property felt old and run down, and we cut our trip short to head to the next destination.
The location worked well for us, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Staff were polite and attentive from check-in through check-out, and made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.
The room was clean and nice, and having a beach was the one good point. There wasn't much food, and there was no internet in the room. They said the WiFi was free, but it didn't seem worth the RM7++ I paid. There aren't any sports activities either. If you're planning a holiday, find a better hotel than this.
The building is dated, but the bed was the worst part. It sagged, and I could feel every coil when I lay down. The bed and pillow also smelled bad, and even the curtain was torn. I paid cash for two nights in good faith, then decided to stay only one. The manager wouldn't refund the second night, and in the end we got just 10RM back for tourist tax. I wouldn't recommend it.
