For RM627 during the school holidays, we stayed in a Deluxe Room. We liked the spacious, comfortable room and bed, the sea view and sunrise, and the clean private beach, which was easy to reach. Horse riding, ATV, banana boat, and jet ski activities were available nearby. A few things let the stay down: we couldn't detect the hotel WiFi at all, there was no water dispenser or refill station, and the parking was quite a walk from the rooms. The breakfast area also got warm and uncomfortable when crowded. There was a safety issue with the doors facing the pool. They looked alike and the room numbers weren't easy to see from that side. I accidentally opened another guest's room, thinking it was ours, and found someone sleeping inside. It was an honest mistake, but clearer room signs and better door security are needed. For future guests, bring drinking water and a laundry bag for wet beach or pool clothes, check the lock and safety latch when you arrive, and don't count on the WiFi. The room, beach, and sunrise were great, but the internet problem and door security affected our stay. At RM627 a night, basic facilities and security should be better.

We had a lovely family bonding trip for one night on 24/5/26, with five rooms booked. All the rooms were clean and comfortable, and they were conveniently together on level 2, numbers 422 to 426. Senior Sales Manager Mr Sabah arranged everything excellently. When we arrived, front office manager Mr Ramlan welcomed us warmly and clearly explained breakfast, served from 7am to 10:30am. We also reserved Onbak Bistro for karaoke, and Mr Nazim was extremely helpful. Thanks for the wonderful service and hospitality. Special appreciation to Hotel Manager Mr Fauzi and the whole team for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come again 😘😘

The pool was lovely, and we could walk straight from it to the beach. The location was brilliant, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. It was also delightfully peaceful, even over Labour Day weekend. We'd read the reviews and felt a bit nervous beforehand, but had a great visit. The downsides were a very hard bed and a fridge that didn't work. We only realised too late to do anything about it.

I hadn't expected to be so pleased with this resort. We extended our stay by a night, and the clean, spacious room and well-kept facilities were a big part of that. There were lots of beach activities, and Nelayan and Woodfire both served nice food. The staff were friendly too. Haizah at reception deserves a mention for patiently sorting out my bookings and requests. I'll definitely come back.

A cosy, affordable stay in a great spot at the start of the beach, along lotus and sand and sandals. The staff were accommodating and service was good. There are several floors and a lift, so no need to climb stairs like at some other resorts. Our spacious, clean room had lots of amenities and a balcony facing the beach, as all the units do. The pool was shut for two weeks for maintenance, and we hadn't been told in advance. That was disappointing, especially since there was no voucher or compensation; we were just told to swim at the beach instead. I'd give it five stars if the pool had been open. Still a great stay overall.
