The place was nearly deserted, perhaps because maintenance and housekeeping were lacking. This was my second visit, since my ticket covered two days and made it cheaper than the bigger, newer, well-known theme parks. Unfortunately, today I saw a 4yo boy nearly drown.

The shower was broken, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and someone had jammed a pen into the window so it wouldn’t close properly. We complained to the manager several times but got nowhere. This was the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at and a complete waste of money. It ruined our vacation.

The place is poorly maintained. All the door access points are damaged, and the lift makes a frightening noise. The 2-room apartment felt scary, and there was a lot of bird staining. The shoplots were empty.

I booked and stayed with beestay. Were the sheets not changed? My check-in was disappointing because the room wasn't properly prepared. The sheets and pillowcases needed changing, and the toilet was still wet. The room wasn't ready on time either. At 15:14, room service came in only to spray freshener and put out sheets that looked recycled. Please have rooms ready when promised and make sure fresh linens are used. You can do it!

The room was dirty and very dark because the lighting was so weak. Even set to 17°c, the air conditioning barely cooled it, more like 25°c.
