The room was large and matched the advertised pictures, with a huge bathroom, water heater, and complimentary items. It was clean, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Check-in is available at any time, which suited my late arrival. The hotel is away from the city and noise, with lots of free parking. KK Mart, restaurants, and a dobby are all within walking distance. There were a few problems. Construction at a neighboring building continued even in the middle of the night. The first room had a broken light, though reception changed it as quickly as possible. On the last day there was no water, luckily I hadn't jumped onto the bowl for POPO, haha. The aircon filter also had so much dust that it needs servicing.

I couldn't sleep on the bed last night because the sheets were dirty. The floor was sticky, the water came out very slowly, and I couldn't turn on the pipe because its cover was missing. The curtain wouldn't close all the way either. Please improve the room service quality next time, even if the price is low.

For a work trip, the low price might make this place manageable, especially for a longer stay. I wouldn't choose it for a vacation, though. The area around the hotel was dirty, with trash piled beside the entrance, and the room itself wasn't very clean. The pillows seemed overused and there was dust on the bed. We couldn't shower because the water flow from the shower head was so bad. When we asked for room service, they only made the beds. I'd rather pay a little more for a better hotel.

The girl at reception was nice and always smiling, so keep up the good spirits, girl. Tq. The rest of the stay had plenty of problems: the pillows and bed sheet were dirty, there were ants everywhere, neither the TV nor the shower heater worked, and the sink tap barely ran.

We had booked two king rooms, but one had a shower water heater that didn't work. They moved us to another room, but it was a queen room and we were still charged the same price. The sink in that room's bathroom was loose and looked like it could fall at any time. Not worth it.
