I found a way to contact them through the Un app and get everything I needed.

I paid online when I booked on 2/11/24, but when I checked in the hotel was under renovation. Why was there no update in the app? Agoda had already taken the money from my debit card, so how am I supposed to get it back? (ID: 1430093153)

The TV channels were good, but the room had a bad smell even though I'm a non-smoker. The bathroom door is see-through and has no lock, so this isn't suitable for a family. The air conditioning can't be adjusted, and the security lock is broken.

At night the housekeeper went to sleep at 10pm. I had to wait around half an hour for him to come and open the door.

There was a cockroach under my mattress, the room smelled of cigarettes, and the staff tried to scam me.
