The staff made the stay feel welcoming, and everything was kept very clean. The facilities were in good shape, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. The location was a real plus too, since it made nearby attractions easy to reach. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

The room and hallway both smelled of cigarette smoke, and the shelves were rusty with thick dust on them. We told the hotel we were travelling with a child, but they insisted there was no smoke smell, so we ended up having to stay. The kettle was very old and dirty inside, and I wouldn't use it. The shower head was fixed to the wall and couldn't be adjusted, and there was nowhere to hang clothes. It was a very disappointing stay, especially for a family, and I wouldn't come back.

Parking was a bit of a struggle 😅, but the rooms were nice and clean. Siti was really helpful with information, and the other staff were friendly too. Being able to check in 24 hours was great 👍

The water pressure was strong, so the shower was really nice, haha. The place was clean and quiet, and the front office staff were friendly too.

The room was peaceful even though it's next to the highway, and the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was brought to the room, which saved us having to take our child out early to find food. The price was affordable, and 99 wonderland is really close.
