The washroom smelled quite bad, the walls had writing on them, and the TV wouldn't turn on. I was really disappointed with the staff. I'd avoid booking online, since they won't give you a room if the price is too low.

We got just one towel for the room, the TV had no remote, and the water heater didn't work. Staff were no help at all. Nobody was at the counter or answered calls and messages, and they even blocked the customer's number. Worst.

After waiting three hours for staff to show up, I was told that people who booked online couldn't get rooms. I'd booked online, and when I arrived to check in at 3 pm, nobody was at the counter to help. It felt very unsafe. The service was really bad, and they had already told me there were no rooms.

The room needs better upkeep, though the location is great.
