The hallway had an interior that made me feel like I was in Dracula’s castle, lmao. I’d never stayed here before, but my usual hotel was fully booked, so after seeing the recent reviews I gave this one a try. For the price I paid, it felt like a steal. The room was pretty clean and even had a water dispenser. The toilet was clean too, though I think its layout could be better. That's my only small gripe. Great value for a budget hotel.

The location worked well for me, with a big free car park just behind the hotel. Soon Lai Kway Chap and No Signboard Char Kway Teow are directly across the road, and Ah See Wanton Mee is nearby too. For RM 90 (include RM10 Tourism Tax), the basic room was ok and came with water.

I do quite a bit of solo travelling, and this is one of the best value places I’ve stayed. It’s clean and comfortable, has parking, and is very near the main eatery area.

The lift and free parking were handy, including for OKU and senior citizens with wheelchairs. Amenities were provided, though a hair dryer and iron were available only on request. Front desk staff were very helpful during my one night stay. I was put in a smoking room even though I’d requested a non-smoking one. If you get room #601, ask to change rooms, because the smoking odour kept me from sleeping properly and left me feeling suffocated all night. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel for solo travellers, couples and families.

There are Chinese and Malay restaurants nearby, and free parking is provided, so getting around for food was convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and good value. The outside of the hotel is old, and the lobby still looks dated, though the rooms and hallways have been renovated. A comfortable, budget-friendly option.
