The room was clean, and the bed and sheets were comfortable and clean too. The floor was carefully cleaned before guests arrived. There’s a small wall-mounted TV and a small window. The bathroom comes with hot water, towels, soap, and toilet paper, but bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Ask for replacement remote controls if the TV or AC ones don’t work. The hotel is in Bayan Baru, on the corner of a residential area near the local mosque and market. It shares its premises with an eatery and is visible from the roadside.

The rooms are spread over two floors, with no elevator. There’s just enough room for a couple and very little luggage space. Toiletries and drinking water are provided, but there’s no kettle. It’s a budget hotel near USM, though parking is difficult even after office hours. The reception area had several tables in it.

The room is plain and basic, but clean, and check-in and check-out were easy. You can hear the neighboring room and sounds from outside. There’s a hot and cold water dispenser outside the room, but no extra amenities such as a hairdryer or clothes hanger, just a clothes hook. It’s cheaper to book by contacting them directly.
