Lazy Traveler Suite by D Imperio Homestay

We booked for 4 days and 3 nights after seeing good reviews on booking.com. On our first day, we noticed black specks on the bed sheets. We thought maybe the room hadn't been used for a while, but after a short nap, both my partner and I woke up itchy all over. It was disgusting and really disappointing. Please improve the cleaning and be more professional, especially with your high ranking across hotel booking apps.

I'm here for a day and already uncomfortable at night. Even with the AC set to its lowest temperature, the room doesn't get cold enough. The pillow is also very thin, and there's only one per bed. Management should improve these basics. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel also offers a parking season pass with an RM50 deposit, which was fine for me. But the room was full of baby cockroaches, probably coming from under the bed. One crawled past my face while I was asleep, and I couldn't sleep after that. I won't stay here again. I shouldn't have to deal with cockroaches in bed. I also missed the Wi-Fi details on a note attached to the access card. They could at least have told me where the password was. I was too lazy to ask, partly because I didn't think the service was great.

The walls and skirting in my room looked water-damaged, which was unpleasant to look at, though I didn't notice a damp smell. The soundproofing wasn't good either. I could clearly hear a loud water-pump noise whenever guests upstairs used the shower.
