The hotel is called Heliconia. When I told the taxi driver “Zen,” I was taken to a luxury hotel instead. I’m not sure why the hotel’s own name isn’t disclosed. Apparently Zen is the name of the owner company. I stayed here on my arrival night. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password and said the safe wouldn’t open, they gave me the default password. I wish they’d provided that information at check-in. There’s a night food market just a minute away, with lots of tempting stalls. The duck egg and shrimp dish was incredibly tasty. The room is new and has storage space. It has no window, but that didn’t bother me since I was only sleeping there. A large mirror makes it feel bigger than it is. For the price and location, I’d like to make it my regular hotel. I gave it three stars hoping Booking.com will show the hotel’s name next time.
