Studio With Netflix By SY Staycation

My review is about the host and management, SY Staycation. I booked through Agoda, but when we arrived after a long trip, the room wasn't ready. The host said other guests had stolen the room keys, which felt like an excuse for poor organization or possible overbooking. Check-in was disorganized, communication was vague and misleading, and nobody took clear responsibility. We had to move to a different room the next day, which disrupted our stay. We hadn't booked two days just to deal with this stress. We had an important exam and a once-in-a-lifetime event the next day, and the management's unnecessary hassle made things even harder. The toilet was dirty, especially the shower curtain, and poorly ventilated. The room layout was also terrible: the toilet area connected directly to the sleeping space without proper separation. There was no soundproofing, so we could hear everything happening in the toilet, which was uncomfortable and embarrassing. This level of service was unacceptable, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid this property.
