It brings Singapore's "Garden in the City" to mind and reminds me of home, here in Penang. The atmosphere of nature is lovely, and you can get things done while enjoying it. The leisure areas are small, but the space is used well and filled with nice things to look at.
I live in one of the condo units. The two towers are small, with low density and good privacy. I like it.
The condo is in Bukit Jambul, near Equatorial Hotel. I visited a seller there who was disposing of a teak wood TV cabinet and coffee table for RM500.
It’s a residents’ housing area, with a quiet setting and a nice view from the hill. There’s plenty of visitor parking, and security features include a guardhouse and CCTV.
The neighborhood is the best part for me, along with the clean, green surroundings, gentle breeze, and quiet atmosphere. One thing to know: Airbnb and other kinds of homestays are not welcome here.
