Wi-Fi is strong, the water pressure is good, and you can check in at odd hours, even 2am. It’s easy to find food nearby. But the air conditioner is old and noisy, and if your window faces the road you can hear traffic. The price felt a little higher than expected. For this standard, I think RM100 would be more appropriate.

I’ve stayed here twice, in different room types and at different times. Some rooms have plenty of space, which is handy for larger groups. The bathrooms are clean and the water pressure is very good. Staff are easy to deal with and attentive to complaints or requests. The lift is small, fitting about 6 adults. I hope they’ll consider putting a water dispenser in, at least in the lobby. Rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, and parking is limited, although I was still able to find a spot around the hotel. It’s worth the money, and I may stay again on a future visit to Penang.

As a solo traveler, I stayed in a Super Deluxe room and was pleasantly surprised for a 3 star hotel. It was clean, spacious and cozy, and the location was convenient. My room was at the edge of the building, looking out at the junction, so nearby traffic made it a bit noisy. The lobby and decor are quite nice.

There’s no soundproofing, so you hear construction during the day and cars and bikes all day. The mattress is hard, and there’s no safe parking, just street parking. For the price, it isn’t worth it. Find another nearby hotel.
