Room 208 had a bad smell, and the bathroom was unclean. The bathroom water heater didn't work, so guests have to go down to level 1 for hot water. At least one water heater on every floor would help. The room was a bit cramped, which made it hard for a Muslim guest to perform solat, though the bed was fair. The receptionist was unfriendly. So sad.

Everything else was okay, but the toilet drain had a lot of hair caught in it and hadn't been cleaned properly. If you stay here, I'd suggest booking a room with a window so you don't feel boxed in.

There are no cups or glasses, and no flask, just two bottles of drinking water. You have to go to the hotel lobby to get hot water. That makes it unsuitable for families, especially anyone who needs hot water and has no cup to carry it in.

There are plenty of nearby Chinese hawker stalls and food courts to choose from, with a few cafes a couple of kilometres away and banking services nearby too. It's a nice hotel with easy access to C180 and The Mines Shopping if you're after a leisure lifestyle experience.
