I checked out immediately because I couldn't stay in the room. I had booked a family room with windows, but it was dusty, full of bugs, and had rubbish beside the bed. The TV remote was broken. When I complained, the owner told me to spray the bugs and hide the rubbish behind the curtains. I asked to move, but the other room wasn't any better. Its windows were blocked, so no daylight came in, it smelled, and the toilet light was broken. The posted pictures were nothing like the rooms. Worst and dirtiest budget hotel I've ever seen.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Staff were friendly, and it was easy to find food nearby. Good location.

The receptionist was not friendly at all. They seemed to care only about money. Worst service experience ever, wouldn't recommend.

The air conditioning worked and the staff were okay and friendly, but the room was tiny for a family, with no room even to pray. The bed and comforter smelled really bad. At RM 110 for one night, it didn't feel cheap for what I got. Honestly, this was my first and last stay here. Very disappointing, it felt like a low-budget hotel, not a proper hotel.

For the price, the space and cleanliness were about what you'd expect, and I couldn't ask for more. The owner gave good service. The toilet, room, and bed were clean, without any unpleasant stains or smells, including smoke. The bed and pillow were comfortable too. Thanks.
